In no way suggesting most people who work together have an interest in fooling around. I don't think that's what most people responding are saying. Just can't imagine a company wanting opposite gender employees to share a room. Have never heard of it, and I'm in HR and pretty old.
I had a friend go through something similar. She is gorgeous and way out of his league, they're both in their twenties so you think they should be like rabbits right? He was only interested like once every two weeks. And when he was it was shit sex, he was intimidated by her vibrator and did nothing to make her come. Same thing, he tried again and again to stop watching but always went back. She felt so unattractive from this experience that when she dumped him and started dating she was shocked at all the interest she was getting from other men. These guys just don't live in reality and don't want to in my opinion.

But ill say it again.. when someone says things like “im not good enough for you” or “i might hurt someone someday” its best to believe what theyre telling you. At best its a form of manipulation, at worst its an accurate prediction of the future.
It is possible I'd overreact, I mentioned in another comment I've never done more than raise my voice at her a handful of times in the past year. I don't see how this is related though. So she's okay not telling me if she thinks it'd upset me? Am I not entitled to know these sorts of trips and details?
